Final assessments are on Thursday, June 12, 2025 through Wednesday, June 18, 2025. The schedule of assessments will run by period. Please reference the attached image. Summer vacation begins after your last exam, so please pay close attention to the following: If a student is absent the day of a final assessment, a parent or guardian must call the school. If an absence is not accounted for, the student will not be able to make-up the assessment. The first assessment begins at 7:30 am each day. Students must be in their assessment room by 7:25 am. Students who arrive after 7:30 am must report to the Main Office. No student will be admitted to the assessment after the first ten minutes of the start time. Breakfast will be available in the cafeteria from 7:00 to 7:20 am during assessment days. Assessment days are considered regular school days attendance is reported and taken for State accountability. The dress code is still in place. Students are expected to bring the necessary materials to their assessments; a fully charged Chromebook, pencils, pens, calculators, etc. Students are required to stay in their room for the entire two hour period. They will not be dismissed early. Students will not be dismissed to the lavatory or nurse unless it is an emergency. School lunch will be provided for those who wish to eat lunch, these must be consumed in the cafe from 11:35 to 11:55. Buses will arrive at 11:50 am. Please check the number on the side of the bus as they are not our usual buses. All students should be leaving the building at the end of their second assessment each day. If you do not have an exam that you need to make-up, you do not need to attend school on the 18th.
