Dear Holliman Families,
I’m excited to be back just in time for SurveyWorks and RICAS season!Your voice matters, and I would love to hear your perspective on the current state of Holliman. SurveyWorks feedback helps our School Improvement Team set goals and initiatives that continue to strengthen our school. Please consider completing the Family SurveyWorks survey by March 20th. If we reach 50% participation or higher, all families will be entered into a gift basket raffle. Simply scan the QR code below with your phone or at bit.ly/ridefamily. All parents and guardians are encouraged to participate! Thank you!
Over the next several weeks, students in grades 3–5 will participate in the Rhode Island Comprehensive Assessment System (RICAS), which measures student proficiency in English Language Arts and mathematics. Students have been engaged in standards-based lessons throughout the school year and are ready to show what they have learned. To help them do their best, please encourage your child to get a good night’s sleep, eat a healthy breakfast, and arrive at school on time during the testing window.The testing schedule is listed below.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
Today afterschool at Holliman School there was an incident in the bus room where a student's Chromebook overheated. There was a minor amount of smoke coming from his backpack and a teacher quickly took it off the child and brought it outside. The fire department was called and they're in the process of investigating the incident. We are happy to report there were no injuries, but we wanted to keep you all in informed.
