Good Afternoon Families,
We are finding that many students were assigned regular neighborhood buses and were given bus passes for these respective buses. As a result students were put on these buses when families were expecting them to be put on the Holliman hub bus. We are in the process of sorting this out.
Holliman @Gorton Day 1 almost done! If you are arriving by car for dismissal, please use street parking.
Dismissal is at 3:10pm
Back main entrance Gr. K&1.
"Employee Entrance" Gr. 2, 3, and all special Ed classrooms
Front Main Entrance Gr. 4&5.

If you are arriving by car please use street parking or use the drop off lane. If you are using the bus hub at Holliman , the bus will be there at 8am and leave at 8:15am.
All students arriving by car will enter via the side "Employee Entrance" across from the field.

Alphabest is not starting this week. Alphabest is reaching out to families with an explanation.
Doors open at 8:45.
School starts at 9am and dismissal is at 3:10pm
We can provide morning supervision beginning at 8am and afternoon supervision ending at 4
.

All classroom teacher assignments are now visible in Aspen. These class lists were created intentionally by our teachers and were done so with the best interest of each child in mind. Please hold off from requesting a classroom change at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Aspen is now available! If you are still having difficultly accessing the portal after today please email our secretary Miss Ann (ann.palumbo@warwickschools.org) and she can assist you. Teachers, you may submit your own support ticket to Aspen.
