As the colder weather approaches, students are only kept inside for morning arrival and recess when the temperature falls below 32 degrees and/or there is inclement weather. Please be sure your child wears/brings a jacket to school and other necessary winter clothing.
***Holiday Shop - 12/4/23 to 12/8/23***
Students will have the opportunity to shop for loved ones during school. More information and money envelopes will be sent home later this week. We still need volunteers! The Holliman Veterans' Day Ceremony will be held indoors. Families who have signed up to attend, please line up to the left of the auditorium doors. We will have two scouts at the doors to usher families to their seats.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR ALL HOLLIMAN FAMILIES...
At morning drop off, PLEASE consider using our drop off loop which can be accessed via Mullen Rd. This morning we almost had a serious accident when a car entered the front parking lot via the one way. If you MUST park, please follow the arrows to the back parking lot to the left. The drop off goes pretty fast and there is adult supervision.

***After School Programs***
We are excited for two after school programs to start this week! E-mails went out last night to all parents/guardians of registered students. Just a reminder that the Martial Arts program starts on Wednesday,11/8 and pick up is at 4:15pm. Basketball Club starts on Thursday, 11/9 and pick up is at 4:30pm. Any questions, reach out to hollimanpta@gmail.com.
If you have registered for Martial Arts and have not sent in your payment yet, please send in with your student by Wednesday.

***Martial Arts Program - Volunteers Needed***
In order to run our after school programs, we need parent volunteers. The instructor will run the program but we need a volunteer or two to take attendance after dismissal and sign students out at the end of the program. During the program the instructor may ask you to assist with activities.
