If you are arriving by car please use street parking or use the drop off lane. If you are using the bus hub at Holliman , the bus will be there at 8am and leave at 8:15am.
All students arriving by car will enter via the side "Employee Entrance" across from the field.

Doors open at 8:45.
School starts at 9am and dismissal is at 3:10pm
We can provide morning supervision beginning at 8am and afternoon supervision ending at 4

All classroom teacher assignments are now visible in Aspen. These class lists were created intentionally by our teachers and were done so with the best interest of each child in mind. Please hold off from requesting a classroom change at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Aspen is currently down and final class rosters have not yet been finalized. Your child will need basic supplies for the first days of school. School supplies lists will be sent out & posted as soon as teachers are back to work over the next few weeks. Enjoy every minute of summer!

Chromebook Repairs - In the event that a student's Chromebook is in need of repair, we will be offering three drop off locations this summer. Repairs can be dropped off Monday through Friday between 9am and 12pm. Please see below for the location closest to you.
Students who attend Cedar Hill, Greenwood, Park, Robertson, Scott, Toll Gate High School and Winman Middle School can drop off a device in need of repair to Toll Gate High School (Main Entrance).
Students who attend Lippitt, Oakland Beach, Sherman, Warwick Neck and Veterans Memorial Middle School can drop off a device in need of repair to Veterans Memorial Middle School (Main Entrance).
Students who attend Hoxsie, Holliman, WELC, Norwood, Pilgrim High School and Wyman can drop off a device in need of repair to Pilgrim High School (Main Entrance).
A repair form will be available at the drop-off locations where you can describe the problem and also provide a phone number for us to contact you once the repair is complete.

Paper report cards, Chromebooks left behind, Medication left behind.
All contents from students' desks have been packed up and will be waiting for them at Gorton on the first day of school.
